Contracting entity

These terms are between you and XeoNote.

Service scope

XeoNote provides note-taking, meeting workflows, collaboration features, and related API capabilities. Features vary by plan.

Account responsibilities

• You are responsible for safeguarding account credentials
• You must provide accurate account and billing information
• You must not use the service for unlawful, harmful, or abusive activity

Acceptable use

You may not misuse the platform, attempt unauthorised access, reverse engineer protected systems, or upload content that infringes rights or law.

Plans, billing, and renewals

Paid plans are billed in GBP on a recurring basis unless otherwise agreed. Unless cancelled, subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle. Trial, grace-period, and payment-failure handling apply per your plan terms.

Customer data and content

You retain ownership of your content. You grant XeoNote the limited rights required to host, transmit, secure, and process content for service delivery.

Availability and support

We aim to provide a reliable service, but availability may be affected by maintenance, incidents, or upstream provider outages. Support response levels vary by plan.

Termination

You may cancel at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts for material breaches, non-payment, or legal necessity.

Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, XeoNote excludes indirect and consequential loss. Our aggregate liability is limited to fees paid by you in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction unless mandatory law states otherwise.
